Refund policy

Changing your mind

You may cancel your order within 14 days of the day you receive it, without giving a reason. To cancel, email info@siddeleyceramics.com with your order number.

Please return the piece within 14 days of telling us, packed carefully, in its original packaging where possible. You are responsible for the cost of return postage and for the piece until it reaches us, so we recommend a tracked and insured service. Please return pieces to Randle Siddeley Limited, Trafalgar House, Juniper Drive, London, SW18 1GY, or contact us to arrange collection within our delivery area.

Refunds

We will refund the price of the piece and the original standard delivery charge within 14 days of receiving it back, or of you providing evidence that you have sent it back, if earlier. We may reduce the refund if the piece has been damaged by handling beyond what is needed to inspect it. Refunds are made to your original payment method.

Damaged or faulty items

If your piece arrives damaged or faulty, please email us as soon as possible, ideally within 48 hours of delivery, with photographs of the item and packaging. We will arrange collection and offer a replacement, where available, or a full refund including delivery. This does not affect your statutory rights.
