This website is operated by Randle Siddeley Limited, trading as Siddeley Ceramics. We are registered in England and Wales under company number 01886586, with our registered office at Trafalgar House, Juniper Drive, London, SW18 1GY. Our VAT number is GB238224667.

Your order

When you place an order you will receive an email acknowledging it. A contract is formed when we email to confirm your order has been dispatched. We may decline an order, for example if a piece is no longer available or a price was listed in error, in which case we will refund you in full.

Our pieces

Every piece is handmade, so size, pattern and colour will vary slightly from the photographs. These natural variations are not defects.

Prices and payment

Prices are shown in pounds sterling and include VAT where applicable. Delivery costs are shown at checkout. Payment is taken when you place your order.

Delivery

We currently offer free hand delivery within 6 miles of central London, as described on our Delivery & Returns page. Responsibility for a piece passes to you on delivery.

Your right to cancel

You have the right to cancel within 14 days of receiving your order under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013. See our Refund Policy.

Faulty or damaged items

Your statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 are not affected. If a piece arrives damaged, please contact us as soon as possible, ideally within 48 hours of delivery.

Liability

We are responsible for loss or damage you suffer that is a foreseeable result of our breaking these terms. We are not liable for business losses. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

Law

These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, and you may bring proceedings in the courts of England and Wales, Scotland or Northern Ireland depending on where you live.
